The other day I implored my professor to let me see my supervising teacher's comments on the evaluation chart.
My professor seemed a little bit hesitant since the evalution chart is basically not available for the students.
"Why not?"
I think it's a silly and meaningless rule since only by seeing the comments will we realize which aspects we need to work on.
"I won't accept this if I don't see the comments." : "O
Simply put, I won't budge an inch on this.
Fortunately, my professor agreed to let us see them during the group conference today. :) See? My professor is
I wish I could remember every word on the sheet.
Here are the comments that I remember:
恩如是一個極具教學熱沈的老師 備課也很用心 從PPT講義就可看出她很認真、細心
且她很聰明 理解力很強 點出問題後能馬上就修正
恩如由於上台經驗不夠 所以肢體語言的掌握力尚不足
但我想依恩如的教學熱沈 一定很快就能克服這些
相信未來 她一定是位受歡迎、很有教學熱沈的好老師(I mean it!)
Buck up, Jess!
Rebecca's feedback on your teaching is encouraging so please have more confidence in your forthcoming teaching practicum in KH
and hold the belief that you can do a better job in the future!
1. Hone my stage presence and skills; be more confident! I can do it just as 博軒 says.
2. If possible, try to be friends with ur students.
To me, first thing is teaching. Second, if possible, try to build up closer relationship with ur students.
3. Care more about students' grades of the informal exams
so that you can find out who may have some learning difficulties or fall behind thier peers.
4. Slow down my pace a little bit.
